What the lab studies.

One research programme, Privacy is Value, in three thrusts, numbered by one conjecture register (head C97). Published in the open, held until independently reproduced. The evidence is shown by address; what each address seals is read inside the City.

Three thrusts
  • Separation and time. What does separation buy, and for how long?
  • Protocol and identity. Can understanding be the root of identity?
  • Value and governance. What is behavioural sovereignty worth?
The register, seated

Every register entry, at the seat of the mage runtime it would need: proposed seats, a reading of the register. Not MODEL seats; not canon until adopted. Each mage sits at its need profile published on /fund/. C71 and C87 keep their canon seats; C38 is read through candidate C85.

Navigate the evidence, the conjectures and the mages

Diamonds are conjectures at their proposed seat, lit by the register’s own status and confidence; entries with no seat sit in the band below the lattice. Circles are findings: every finding’s address takes a vertex of the 64-vertex lattice; rows are strata, 1·6·15·20·15·6·1. Filled: the vertex of its project’s six values as published on /fund/ (protection 32 · delegation 16 · memory 8 · connection 4 · compute 2 · value 1). Hollow: its first six bits, V = first digest byte >> 2. Rings are mages; an amber line joins a conjecture to a mage one bit away. Visual brightness is not a calibrated probability; the register wording governs.
